Learning Targets 1. I can discuss the seasons and weather as it relates to the activities we do and the clothing we choose to wear. 2. I know the Spanish demonstrative adjectives and how/when to use them 3. I know the differences between Ser & Estar and when to use each in context. Today in class we briefly reviewed clothing/celebration vocab and then reviewed Ser vs. Estar with this powerpoint. Students then used the packet from the last unit to complete pages 4-6 on Ser vs. Estar. Lastly, they played a Ser vs. Estar Quizizz game here: joinmyquiz.com With whatever time was left in the block students checked Synergy for the 5 most recent assignments and made up any incomplete work. Thursday, March 21st Learning Targets 1. I can discuss the seasons and weather as it relates to the activities we do and the clothing we choose to wear. 2. I can discuss clothing and outfit choices according to activity and weather. Today in class we started by reviewing Present Progressive one final time. Students completed page 8 in their activity packet. Next, we went over this powerpoint to review demonstrative adjectives, and then completed listening activities 7 & 8 on page 6 of your packet. Today in class we learned about the verb "quedar" in the context of how clothing items fit, and also talked about Demonstrative Adjectives. Here's the powerpoint from today. Students completed pg. 7 in their packets and then completed this sheet on demonstratives. Tuesday, March 19th Learning Targets 1. Today in class we finished defining the second half of our blue vocab packet and then we reviewed clothing and weather vocab and did verbal practice with this powerpoint.
