Learning Targets: I will learn... How to read and write in Spanish using simple sentences utilizing new and familiar vocabulary. How to conjugate Regular -AR,-ER, & -IR Verbs and how to conjugate "Encantar" (to love) Warm Ups - Translate: 1. Henry and the pirates love silver. 2. Raquel wants to talk with Antonio. 3. I am hungry and thirsty. Today in class we reviewed the vocab and signs for TPRS Day 4. We previewed the vocab and then read "Piratas" Ch. 5. After reading the chapter, we answered the comprehension questions in the tan packet. If you were absent, check CTLS under the "My Class Resources" tab at the top of the page. Next, we completed the one audio activity that was left over from yesterday: these 2 listening activities. Audio - Actividad 8 Lastly, students also completed these 3 online assignments: 1. Today in class we took the "Piratas" Ch. 1-3 Quiz. After taking the quiz, we took notes on how to conjugate the verb "Encantar" (to love). Here is the powerpoint with the notes. After taking notes, we completed this sheet to practice Gustar & Encantar. We also completed these 2 listening activities.
